Five senior engineers and a small bench. We don't grow by hiring; we grow by deepening the relationships we already have. Eight-year engagements are normal here.

Founded as CodeTheory.
We started as CodeTheory in 2014 — building production Rails applications for companies who needed them to last. As the practice and the client list grew, we rebranded to ClearStack.
The India entity continues to operate as CodeTheory India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The work and the team carry through.
Two offices, one team.
Named principals, not org charts.
Decades of building software, from network routers at Hyperchip to enterprise applications at CapitalOne and KPMG. Approaches systems with a perfectionist's attention to detail. M.S. Industrial Engineering, Tennessee Technological University.
Runs the Bengaluru practice. Years of experience leading delivery, hiring, and client engagements across enterprise applications. Based in Bengaluru.
Five principles, that shape the work.
A small, stable team beats a rotating bench every time. We don't grow by hiring; we grow by deepening relationships.
Small commits, continuous deploys, feature flags, observability. Tests at every layer; code review for craft, not gating.
Engineers talk to stakeholders. No siloed handoffs. Every team member has an equal part in the project's success.
Observability is first-class — production behavior tells us what to build next. Most issues are caught before users do.
Visibility into progress, code, and decisions is the default — not a special request, not a quarterly review.
