Five steps, three weeks at most.

We commit to a response within three business days at every stage. If it's a no, we tell you why.

You apply.

Resume + a few short questions on the form. We don't ask for cover letters or visa-status essays.

Reply within 3 business days.
02 30–45 min
A call with Ajaya or Lingeswaran.

We talk about your work and ours. No "tell us about a time you" theater.

Scheduled within a week of step 01.
03 60–90 min
A technical conversation.

We talk through real systems, real trade-offs. Sometimes we look at code together. No whiteboard algorithms.

With one of our senior engineers.
04 2–3 hr · paid
Pair on real code.

Solve a small, real problem with one of us. The best signal we've found, in either direction. We pay you for your time at our blended rate.

Paid at our rate · yours to keep either way.
05 ≤ 1 wk
Offer.

Within a week of the pair session, with a clear compensation number. The number is in the role posting; we honor it.
